Planned Service Agreement

Heber Springs Heat & Air, LLC, agrees to provide two (2) complete, semi-annual service calls per year.

Your specialized service will be performed only by a skilled, qualified Service Technician, who is trained to make your air conditioning and heating system operate as efficiently and economically as possible. Your service will be scheduled in the Spring and Fall pre-season, during normal business hours.

    Your specialized service includes:
    SPRING
    • Clean condenser coil and check for damage
    • Check refrigerant pressures
      Check filters
    • Test compressor and motors for voltage and amp draw
    • Check and test all electrical components
      Check and lubricate fan motor
    • Check temperature differences
    • Clean outdoor unit with concentrated detergent
     FALL
    • Check and test all safety features
      Test electric back-up heaters (heat pump)
    • Check and lubricate blower assembly
    • Check and test all electrical components
    • Clean and inspect heat exchanger (gas furnace)
    • Check filters
      Check temperature differences
    • Clean outdoor unit with concentrated detergent
    This service plan was designed with you, our customer, in mind and will afford you the following benefits:

    • 15% discount on all replacement parts
    • 24-hour emergency service

    EXCLUSIONS

    1. Acts of God.
    2. External power wiring, circuit breakers and disconnects supplying electrical service to units.
    3. Ductwork, structural components, cabinet parts, sheet metal components that deteriorate due to rust.
    4. Additional service provided beyond that specified in the agreements.
    5. Work or changes required by government or insurance companies.
    6. Additional or unusual utility bills caused by equipment failure.
    7. Identification and removal of asbestos.
    8. Others stated on contract.
    9. Compressors and heat exchangers after 10 years of service.

    SERVICE AGREEMENT PRICING

    1. Service agreement prices cannot be adjusted during the coverage period.
    2. Terms of payment are annually and before agreement is in effect.
    3. You are automatically renewed from year to year unless notified thirty (30) days in writing.
    4. Guaranteed annual renewal for two (2) years (Company cannot terminate and customer can terminate within thirty (30) days written notice).
    5. Each agreement covers one full year.

    PROCEDURES TO BEGIN SERVICE

    1. Agree to have equipment inspected prior to the agreement and to repair the equipment to peak performance if necessary at normal time and materials cost, paid by the prospective service agreement owner.
    2. Provide reasonable access to the equipment.
    3. Check thermostat, furnace switch, and fuses before calling for service.

    Licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health as a Class "A" HVACR Contractor and a Gas Fitter Supervisor
    Licensed and Bonded by the State of Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board
    Insured with Worker's Comp and General Liability
    Members of: Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce, Searcy Chamber of Commerce, Arkansas HVACR Association, Arkansas Gas Association and National Federation of Independent Businesses
